The project includes renovation of the existing theater with 131 seats in the Arena Mall Pleven and the construction of 4 new halls in the Panorama Mall extending up to 1114 m2. All screens are suitable for projecting 3D movies, and have a total of 466 seats.
Funding for 520 thousand euros is shared between Societe Generale Express (364 thousand euros) and the Regional Urban Development Fund (EUR 156 thousand, denominated).
