The project of Irmata Ltd. is for refurbishment of a classic two-storey building in downtown Varna. The building is classified as an architectural monument.
The house was built in the late XIX century as a two-family residential building with commercial space – the ground floor comprises 5 separate stores. The building is located on the corner of „Voden“ str. and the pedestrian street, opposite the large hole that stands unfilled for several decades.
In the 1980s a fire destroyed the residential floor, leaving it completely unusable. The realization of the project will significantly improve the urban environment with beautiful new look of the building.
