On 2 July, 2013 a contract was signed between the Municipality and „Regional Urban Development Fund“ AD for funding the project „Underground City“. This is the second loan on the initiative JESSICA, focused on renewal and sustainable urban development. The loan amount is BGN 2 200 000.
